P.S. FILM cutter plotter vinyl - linear meter
- SSPSF010
PS FILM is now sold per linear meter
1 linear meter = 1m length x 0,5m width
PS FILM - The film with the largest color palette
Opaque film made of polyurethane, with a small thickness (it is much thinner than the film "Videoflex") and backing made of adhesive polyeste r. Due to the adhesive backing, the material performs very well in applications with difficult graphics or small letters.
Since 2008, the film has met the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 toxicity standard, class I, which allows printing (customization) of textile materials for newborns.
The film is cut in mirror, and the heat transfer is done with the help of its own backing.
- transfer temperature: 150° C;
- transfer time: 10-15 seconds;
- pressure: low;
- washing temperature: maximum 80° C, however it can also be dry cleaned.
The backing is removed while hot.
Because P.S. FILM is made of polyurethane, the iron can be applied directly over the print and not on the back side, as with ordinary materials.
Note: Due to the wide variety of textile materials available on the market, it is necessary to test in advance the compatibility between the film and the material intended to be printed. The transfer temperatures and times are provided as guidelines, based on our tests and practical experience. For optimal application conditions, pre-pressing the material to be labeled is recommended.
Recommendation:
Practical tip for easier weeding of the material in a short time: after cutting the film, place it with the backing on the lower platen of the press, preheated for 7-8 seconds. By heating, the film's adhesive backing softens, so you can weed the excess material much more easily, in some situations even in a single motion (depending on the size of the letters and the complexity of the cut graphics).
