Refund policy
Follow the steps below for an easier return
- Pack the package you want to return as well as possible to arrive safely to us
- Access our return platform by clicking on this text or pressing the button next to it
- Fill in the details of where you want the package or packages to be picked up (The courier cost must be paid by you)
- The courier will come to pick up the return from the address you set
- Don't forget to keep the proof of shipment for the package. The courier will be automatically informed and will come to the address within 1-2 business days to pick up the return package. You can track the package on the Fan Courier page.
- You can send the return with another courier, just make sure it is properly packaged. You can also personally bring the package to our warehouse. You can find details about our warehouse in the Contact section.
The client has the right to notify in writing SC GREEN INDUSTRIES MANAGEMENT SRL that they withdraw from the purchase, without penalties and without stating a reason, within 14 working days from receiving the product, or by returning the purchased product within this period in the original packaging, with all accessories and without showing any signs of damage or wear, the client bearing the shipping costs according to Romanian laws.
Returns can only be made for new products that have not undergone any modifications, including all original accessories and packaging.
Returns are not accepted for items that have already been printed/personalized.
This right cannot be invoked for products picked up from our offices or those delivered directly by our staff to the client or by express courier for which quality has been verified.

The value of the products will be refunded in full, without deducting any commissions that may arise from bank transactions. The estimated time for refunding the product value is 30 days, but in most cases, this transaction can be reduced to just a few days. The shipping cost must be covered by the client. Also, the client can personally come to our warehouse for returns or exchanges processed on the spot.
ATTENTION! We do not accept packages for product exchanges or returns whose shipping payment has not been made by the sender! We do not accept cash on delivery packages!
- Returned products must be functional, within normal parameters, and accompanied by the original warranty certificate and the original purchase fiscal document.
- Returned products must not show signs of use, wear, dulling, mechanical damage and must have the original packaging;
- Products intended for return must not have undergone any service interventions.
- Products that are not in the original packaging, or without the original accessories, are not accepted for return.
- Missing or damaged labels, markings, on products or packaging will result in refusal of product returns.
- By requesting a return, the client declares that they have acknowledged the conditions of this regulation and fully agree.
The client is responsible for damage or loss of the product during the exchange transport or return of products to SC GREEN INDUSTRIES MANAGEMENT SRL.
