Film made of polyurethane with matte surface and adhesive backing, for printing on nylon and leather textile materials.
The film is cut in mirror image, and heat transfer is done using its own backing, at the lowest possible pressure.

Advantage 1: Adhesive backing made of polyester - allows cutting and peeling of very small symbols. With the help of the adhesive backing, the graphics are positioned more easily.

The backing is removed when warm, but can also be removed after cooling.
- transfer temperature: 160° C;
- transfer time: 15 seconds;
- pressure: medium;
- washing temperature: maximum 40° C.

Advantage 2: One-step application - facilitates quick execution of work.

The new P.S. FILM EXTRA is available in 27 colors: 19 standard, 2 metallic colors, and 6 fluorescent colors.

Advantage 3: New colors - six standard colors: cream, lemon yellow, sunflower yellow, dark green, turquoise, gray, and six new fluorescent colors: yellow, orange, green, blue, pink, and raspberry red.

Advantage 4: Because P.S. FILM EXTRA is made of polyurethane, the iron can be applied directly over the print and not on its back, as with ordinary materials.


Delivered in rolls with widths of 50 cm and length of 25 m, sold by the meter.

Note: Due to the variety of textile materials available on the market, it is necessary to test the compatibility between the film and the material to be printed beforehand. Transfer temperatures and times are indicative, based on our tests and practical experience. For optimal application, it is recommended to pre-iron the material to be printed.

RECOMMENDATION

For printing on most nylon materials, jackets, ski suits (or other types of sportswear), bags, umbrellas, leather materials, etc...
The advantage of this material is that it is applied in one step, and the backing can be removed when warm, which makes the transfer process faster and more efficient.
