Polyurethane film, with polyester adhesive backing, for marking common, non-silicone textile materials.
It is cut in mirror, andheat transferis done with the help ofits ownbacking.
- temperature for transfer: 155° C;
- time for transfer: 15 seconds;
- pressure: low;
- temperature for washing: maximum 50° C.
The backing is removed hot.
Because P.S. ELECTRIC is made of polyurethane, the iron can be applied directly over the print and not on the back side, as with common materials.
It is available in 13 new colors, including 10 solid colors and 3 diamond colors (diamond silver - 0990, diamond gold - 0991 and diamond green - 0961).
It is delivered in rolls with a width of 500 mm and a length of 25 m and is sold by the meter.
Note: Due to the multitude of textile materials available on the market, pre-testing the compatibility between the film and the material intended to be printed is necessary. The transfer temperatures and times are indicative, resulting from our tests and practical experience. For optimal application, pre-pressing the material to be marked is recommended.
RECOMMENDATION
For special markings, special effects, in fashion applications or in combination with other materials. It can be applied to cotton, polyester, polyester-cotton blends, and most synthetic materials (except nylon).
