Sublimation parameters
Values tested by Green Print for this type of product. A test on 1-2 pieces is recommended before production, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.
- Print only on the side coated with sublimation lacquer
- Use Teflon sheet for protection
- Pre-press 3-5 seconds to remove moisture
- Remove the protective film before pressing
- Attention to thickness - may require adjusting the platen distance
Recommended for
MDF is composite wood with one side treated for sublimation - make sure to print on the correct side. Remove the protective film before pressing.
