Sublimation parameters
Tested values by Green Print for this type of product. We recommend testing 1-2 pieces before production, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.
- Preheat the surface 5-10 seconds
- Use Teflon sheet for protection
- Let it cool naturally - thermal shock may cause cracks
- Fix the paper with heat-resistant tape
- Print on the side coated with sublimation lacquer
