Description

THE PRICE OF PS BRICK is now per linear meter

1 linear meter = 1m length x 0.5m width

Polyurethane film with polyester backing without adhesive. Although it is the thickest cutter plotter film, it guarantees easy cutting, peeling, and application.

Thickness: 1000 microns

Heat transfer data:
- transfer temperature: 155° C;
- transfer time: 20 seconds;
- pressure: high (4÷5 bars);
- blade for thick films (60°);
- washing temperature: maximum 60° C. Wait 24h after heat transfer. Do not use aggressive detergents.

Application instructions:
It is recommended to preheat the platen for 15 seconds at 150°C before placing the textile on the lower platen and the film on the textile.
1. Cut the material in mirror image;
2. Remove excess material;
3. Place the film on the textile;
4. Press for 20 seconds;
5. Remove the backing cold.

Delivered in rolls with widths of 50 cm and length of 25 m and sold by the meter.

Available in 7 matte or glossy colors: white, black, yellow, red, green, blue, and navy.

Note: Due to the variety of textile materials on the market, it is necessary to test the compatibility between the film and the material to be printed beforehand. Transfer temperatures and times are indicative, based on our tests and practical experience. For optimal application, it is recommended to pre-iron the material to be printed.
