MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a hardwood and softwood wood panel. One side of the keychain is coated with sublimation lacquer.
The keychain can be printed on one side only.

Sublimation parameters
Values tested by Green Print for this type of product. Testing on 1-2 pieces before production is recommended, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.
- Print only on the side coated with sublimation lacquer
- Use Teflon sheet for protection
- Pre-press for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture
- Remove the protective film before pressing
- Note thickness - may require adjustment of the platen distance
Recommended for
MDF is composite wood with only one side treated for sublimation - make sure you print on the correct side. Remove the protective film before pressing.
